2020 The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY), British Columbia and Canada
In May 2020, 745 Thurlow received BOMA’s The Outstanding Building of the Year Award in the 250,000 to 500,000 sf category. This certification recognized 745 Thurlow as the leader in its size based on seven criteria: Design; Community Impact; Tenant Relations; Energy Management & Conservation; Emergency Preparedness, Security Standards; Training of Building Personnel.
2019 BOMA BEST Gold
The second highest level of recognition in the program. The BOMA BEST program is a recognition and certification program for commercial buildings in Canada. 2019 Fitwel
As part of QuadReal's commitment to wellness in the workplace, 745 Thurlow Street earned Fitwel certification from the Center for Active Design (CfAD). Fitwel is a building rating system that provides guidelines on how to design and operate healthier buildings. The entire tower participated in a QuadReal corporate pilot initiative and is one of the first buildings to be certified in Canada. QuadReal is also part of the Fitwel Advisory Council.

2017 LEED Gold certification for Canada CS
745 Thurlow was designed to achieve LEED Core and Shell Gold Certification and is among the first office buildings in downtown Vancouver to do so. LEED for Core & Shell development is a green building system that was designed to provide a set of performance criteria for certifying the sustainable design and construction of core and shell buildings.
