The rooftop patio offers tenants seating and tables, a casual gathering area with a gas fire pit, and an indoor lounge. 745 Thurlow’s patio is a great gathering area for tenants to connect and enjoy the beautiful Vancouver scenery.

QuadReal wants to ensure that all tenants can enjoy the patio without restriction and does not allow tenants to reserve the patio. We request that tenants respect the patio by not smoking, keeping noise to a minimum and cleaning up after themselves.

The office building has two separate conference rooms with advanced technology to enhance your collaborative session.  The separate rooms can be combined to form one larger room.

The conference rooms are reserved exclusively for Tenant use and can be booked for work related and charity events via QuadReal Connect.

Lunch Hour

QuadReal Property Group is excited to announce that weekly Lunch Hour Yoga at 745 Thurlow is extended throughout 2020, as is weekly Circuit class with Mark Arlou.

QuadReal is collaborating with UrbanCore to provide tenants with a free one-hour yoga session every Tuesday, in addition to a weekly evening fitness class that rotates every 10 weeks.

Facility

A fitness facility is available onsite at 745 Thurlow and is open 24-hours, 7 days a week. The fitness facility is located on the main floor and is accessed through the service corridor. Any tenant using this complimentary service must complete a Waiver Form and return it to the security desk.
