745 Thurlow’s core service areas are designed to put tenant’s needs first.

Washrooms

Each floor will be equipped with men’s and women’s washrooms designed in accordance with applicable National Building Code and City of Vancouver handicapped codes. The washrooms are designed not only in keeping with the progressive architectural focus of the building, but also to be functional and easy to clean.

Electrical Room

Each floor will be equipped with a spacious electrical room with two 75 KVA harmonic mitigating transformers plus two empty 84 circuit panels provided for tenant power.

Telecommunication RiseR Room

Each floor will be equipped with a spacious telecommunication riser room to provide ample room for communications and data systems infrastructure. The riser rooms are vertically integrated for maximum efficiency.
