Underground Parking

Parking for 745 Thurlow will be provided directly beneath the building in a six level 314 stall underground parkade.

Access to the underground parkade will be from the lane on the south side of the building connecting Thurlow and Bute Streets.

Tenants will have access to random and reserved parking stalls at a ratio of 1 stall per 1,400 rentable square feet leased. Monthly rental for such stills will be at prevailing rates, which may be adjusted by the landlord from time to time.

Access to hourly parking for employees and visitors to the building will also be available at prevailing hourly rates, which may be adjusted by the landlord from time to time.

Bicycle Storage Lockers

Tenants will have access to ample secured bicycle storage lockers on the P1 level of the underground parkade at no charge.

Public Transit

Access to the Burrard SkyTrain station is located 200 metres from 745 Thurlow at Royal Centre Mall. SkyTrain access to Waterfront Station links to all SkyTrain lines, WestCoast Express and Seabus.

There is excellent access to bus transportation on West Georgia, Thurlow, Robson and Burrard Streets.
